HAND CRAFTED
OUR WOOD
Sourced straight from the heart of Michigan, our wood is 100% local—rescued from fallen trees found everywhere from Orchard Lake to Oxford. Once we find our perfect piece, each 10-13 foot slabs are cut, sanded, and carefully craft into one-of-a-kind pieces. Each design is made to match the needs and dreams of our clients—because no two pieces are ever alike.

OUR PROCESS
We take pride in every step of the process.

Each slab is thoughtfully cut into multiple pieces and hand-sanded to a silky finish. To preserve its all-natural beauty, we treat the surface with nothing but food-grade mineral oil—and recommend you do the same after each use to keep it looking its best.

For added strength and style, we burn the edges, secure steel plates on the sides where the leather handles are attached, and finish them with brass screws and copper nails. And when a natural split appears in the wood, we embrace it—stitching it together with striking copper for a touch of rustic elegance.
OUR QUALITY & CARE
We stand behind the quality of our charcuterie boards and want you to have the know-how to keep yours looking as beautiful as the day you bought it. Proper care not only preserves its rich color but also extends its life for years to come.

WASHING: Never use soap. Hand-wipe with warm water on both sides to keep the wood’s moisture balanced. Towel dry, then stand the board upright or lean it for maximum airflow.

RE-OILING: Use any food-grade oil or wax you like—I personally love mineral oil enriched with Vitamin E. Oil your board as often as you wish; the more, the better. As a general rule, when the wood starts to look dull, it’s time for a fresh coat.
