We try to get orders out as soon as possible, but since some of our product are customized just for you, we promise to ship your order within 7 - 10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please reach out and we can try our best to work with you to get your order out sooner.

Wash by hand with warm water and soap, this will keep the moisture level even. For best results after wash, wipe down with a food grade mineral oil to give utensil a rich color.

Washing

Hand wipe only with warm water only, DO NOT use soap. This will keep the moisture level even within the wood. Towel dry and leave lean up against something for maximum air flow.

Oiling

You can use whatever food grade oils/waxes you prefer, I use a food grade mineral oil enriched with vitamin E. You can treat your charcuterie board as much as you’d like. The more you do the better it looks and longer it’ll last. But, a good rule of thumb is when it looks dull it needs oil.

If you received damaged product, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery! This ensures we are able to reach out to the delivery company ASAP, and in time to submit a claim. We'll submit the claim and will follow up with next steps!
